Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions of business and delivery (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) form the basis for any order placed with olivelife.ch by Rodano Cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as olivelife.ch).
olivelife.ch is a Swiss sole proprietorship based in Dielsdorf. The place of jurisdiction is Dielsdorf, Switzerland. All orders placed with olivelife.ch are subject to Swiss law. By purchasing on our website, you accept all terms and conditions stated in the online shop. By using this website, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
For every order, the current Terms and Conditions apply, in the version valid at the time of the order. Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted unless olivelife.ch has previously agreed to them in writing. olivelife.ch may be adjusted at any time. By placing an order, the customer confirms unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature.
Failure to comply with or breach any of these terms and conditions will result in termination
directly at your service.
Data protection
olivelife.ch uses the data entrusted to it with respect for its customers. Customer data is not sold, rented, loaned, or shared with third parties.
Prices
The prices listed on olivelife.ch at the time of the order apply. Obviously erroneous price information is non-binding. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Any change in the tax rate may affect the price of the products. olivelife.ch reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice. However, the customer will only be charged the price listed in the online shop on the day of the order.

Shipping costs
Shipping is via Swiss Post
- Free shipping for orders over CHF 80.00
- Shipping costs for Swiss Priority Post CHF 10.50
- Shipping costs Swiss Economy Post CHF 7.90.
- The goods remain the property of olivelife.ch until full payment has been made.
- Additional costs resulting from shipping to an incorrect customer address shall be borne by the customer.
- The respective postal service provider is solely liable for any loss or damage during shipping. Customer claims must be addressed directly to the respective service provider.
Delivery time
Delivery time for products from stock:
3-4 working days with Swiss Priority Post.
4-6 working days with Swiss Economy Post.
olivelife.ch endeavors to undercut the stated delivery times, but cannot guarantee compliance with the delivery time.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, the delivery will be made as a single shipment. In urgent cases, partial deliveries can be requested in writing or by phone. Additional charges remain unavoidable in this case.
Offer and conclusion of contract
- The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
- By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
- Immediately after receiving the order, olivelife.ch will confirm receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded when olivelife.ch confirms shipment of the goods by email (order or shipping confirmation) or, at the latest, upon delivery of the goods.
Changes / Availability
- Prices and order and delivery conditions are subject to change. olivelife.ch strives to keep the images and details provided as up-to-date as possible; however, manufacturer-related changes may occur without prior notice.
- Product range changes may occur at any time. olivelife.ch strives to deliver products to the customer within the stated delivery time. Should the delivery time be exceeded or the product is no longer available in this form, the customer will be informed. In such a case, olivelife.ch reserves the right to cancel an order. The customer is not entitled to compensation if an offered or ordered product is not available.
- If a customer orders several products but one of them is no longer available, the entire order is not considered canceled.
Confirmation
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- all information has been provided truthfully.
- Products must be checked for any defects before use and reported immediately to olivelife.ch (info@olivelife.ch).
olivelife.ch reserves the right to reject an offer without giving reasons.
When entering the data required for registration, the customer is responsible for providing truthful and complete information. Furthermore, the customer is obligated to treat their personal access data confidentially and not to disclose it to unauthorized third parties. Registration will be confirmed immediately after the registration is submitted.
The customer is solely responsible for the content they post in accessible areas. This content must not violate the rights of third parties. There is no right to storage or publication of posted content, such as product reviews.
The customer must refrain from any disruption of the www.olivelife.ch website or any further use of the accessible data outside of the platform's internally intended use. Proven manipulation with the aim of obtaining unauthorized payments or other advantages to the detriment of olivelife.ch or other parties involved may result in legal consequences and loss of access to www.olivelife.ch. Customers are entitled to use the online service within the scope of its respective availability. The content may only be used for their own private, non-commercial purposes.
Each customer is only authorized to maintain one customer account. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations, warn customers who violate the above-mentioned provisions, or delete or modify content (virtual house rules).
There is no guarantee that the website or any part of the services offered will be permanently available. olivelife.ch also assumes no liability for the continuous availability of the platform or any part of the services.
Return policy / Right of withdrawal
Each return is reviewed individually. Customers are asked to email info@olivelife.ch if they wish to return an item so that a personalized solution can be found. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, cosmetic products are excluded from the right of return if they have been opened or used. We thank you for your understanding and always strive to ensure fair and customer-oriented processing.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
olivelife.ch may amend or change these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Delivery Conditions at any time. Adjustments or changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated in an appropriate manner, in particular by publication on www.olivelife.ch.
Website Terms of Use
Use of the website www.olivelife.ch is permitted exclusively for private use. Any commercial use, in particular the resale of products purchased from the olivelife.ch online shop to third parties, is prohibited.
Severability clause
Should one or more clauses of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, void or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
In this case, the parties undertake to replace the ineffective, void, or unenforceable clause with one or more effective clauses that, in terms of content, come as close as possible to the economic intentions and purposes pursued by the parties. The same procedure shall apply if one or more gaps in this contract become apparent.
