Returns / Right of withdrawal

🧴As we exclusively sell high-quality organic cosmetic products, we ask for your understanding that returns are generally excluded.

Cosmetic items are among the products that, for hygiene and health reasons, are not suitable for return once they have been opened or used. This serves to protect our customers and to comply with legal requirements.

❌ No right of withdrawal for sealed goods

According to Art. 40f OR, there is no right of withdrawal if sealed goods were delivered that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal was removed after delivery.

📦 Delivery damaged by post

If a product arrives damaged, we ask you to report the damage directly to Swiss Post within 8 days. The damage report can be made online, via the Post App, or at a post office. Please keep the packaging and document the damage with photos.
